Snapshots of the Lasdun experience, captured beautifully by @anna__barnett on a recent visit. ⁣⁣ ⁣Of her visit, she notes: ⁣“The menu truly delivered, with so many options that I would have happily devoured.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣It’s rare that every dish hits the mark, but honestly, it just did! The menu centres on celebrating excellent seasonal produce. Every dish was executed to perfection. Unapologetically simplistic in places, with seasoning as it should be, fresh and light! From the butteriest, melt in the mouth anchovies to the chewiest of treacle sourdough and the roasted turbot on the bone with cockles. Then dessert, the tart I almost passed on for fear that most tarts can sometimes be a little dry and underwhelming. This however was utter perfection. Moist, crisp and housed in the flakiest of pastries.” ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣👏🏼👏🏼
