Acting as a key link between restaurant management and the wider team, you set the tone for each service and uphold the highest standards.
The restaurant is a timeless British brasserie within an iconic landmark building — a marquee restaurant and bar that reflects the high standards of the National Theatre itself. The menu showcases the very best of British produce: shellfish from Devon, Cornwall, and the north coast of Scotland, beef and lamb from the Lake District, and vegetables and salads from small organic farms across Kent. The bar offers a list of traditional cocktails alongside a large-format wine list, balancing classic varietals with modern natural wine styles.
